We strive for a world where a young persons background doesn’t determine their future. Where all young people can access the networks, support and social capital they need to be successful.

Our Mission

We develop the means for young people to meet and form relationships with wide networks of individuals and organisations, so that they have access to meaningful social capital and a wide range of opportunities, enabling them to be self-determining in their pathways into employment, and in control of their own life and future.

Our Theory of Change

We believe that ‘you can’t be what you can’t see’. If a young person is given the skills they need, access to meaningful and useful social capital, appropriate role models, and opportunities to gain the right experience, they can succeed no matter their background.
